    Another suggestion, and again I have zero intentions of insulting anyone’s intelligence here as I’ve seen this happen… make sure the red kill switch selector is pointing to “on.” I’ve seen guys pull and pull and pull only to find out they had it set to “off” due to some confusion over which part of the knob was doing the pointing. The top of the on / off knob has a tab coming out of the center of the red knob. That tab is NOT doing the pointing. The other side of the selector is doing the pointing.

    Should there be any confusion on this item your brother can refer to a short video at http://www.strikemaster.com/video.html for clarification.

    I’ve added a photo of the video he’ll want to watch as it covers that on / off selector deal.
