Portable sled runners

    Mine are almost gone due to having to take the pavement
    a couple of times late last season.
    I thought I would get more than a mile out of them.

    I’m thinking of using UHMW this time. Is it a better option than the Clamcorp runners?

    Anyone know of a good source for UHMW. I can rip it to width and will need to yield (6) 1″ x 48″ pcs. (X2)
    I think 5/8″ or 3/4″ stock would work best.
