My son and I headed out to a local lake in northern Pine County. I am keeping the name a bit to myself but it is by no means SECRET! It looked like there were no less than 300 people on this lake when we left. We had no particular spot in mind when we showed up just eyed up the GPS and lake map and hit a spot around 15feet of water. We drilled 3 holes and never moved from 7:30 till 1:00pm. We opted to use a hair jig this morning and it took a bit of color choice to figure out what the really wanted but after that it was a whooping we put on them. I will admit we were size challenged but it was non-stop action. We even landed a small walleye, which is good to see on this lake. If anyone has tried to take video of fish or deer you soon find out that Murphy’s Law kicks in way to fast! Enjoy the pics and videos.
