Wisconsin Tip-up Fishing

I have a buddy that I work with that when out on a local and small wisconsin lake to attempt to gather some pickleing northern. I think this picture says it all! Its to bad the quality of the picture wasnt better. Look very carefully. No these pike are not trained but rather a bunch of holes drilled almost through and then punch the end with a chisel to make a live well!
