I just got back a couple cameras from Marcum for a friend. I dealt with both Jon and Chris during the process. I can’t say enough about the customer service. They were responsive and prompt!!
I don’t own any of Marcum’s products at this point but the service I received was another factor I can use in my decision process to invest in this companies product. I can’t wait to get an LX5 & and 825C!!!
