Went out this morning on the upper harbor of Baypoint Park. There is about 12 inches of ice (top 2 inches are white the rest is clear). There were a bunch of us out there but I don’t think anybody caught anything.
I could see the fish on my Vex but they weren’t biting on anything. Every couple of minutes I could see a crappie about 6 inches below the ice but I couldn’t entice them to bite. 
Oh well, it was still nice to be out on the ice. I am going to try a different spot tomorrow.
