I want to Thank Bobber for putting the weekend together and Hunters Point for hosting.
Now a little bit about fishing.
Saturday morning myself, TJB, big g, DennisB, Mike Ertl, Ducksmuggler, and MN-RST-RIDER set up in 32 ft of water.
lieneman was out there for a couple hours in the morning but I think about noon he smelt the brats cooking and bolted.
The bite was slow all day with a few Jumbos coming around to keep things interesting. About 11:30 TJB pictured here on the left pulled up this dandy 26" I believe he was fishing Glo Devils. Nice color and very healthy looking fish. Nice job TJB.
A couple hours went by with a few more Jumbos getting iced when Ducksmuggler joined the big fish club with this nice 26+ fish. He later pulled in a eater size also.
We fished into dark and packed it up and headed for Hunters for the dinner and drawings.
It was great putting names to faces and meeting new people. I look forward to next year already.
