The fishing continues to be very good in the Nisswa area. This week we caught lots of Bass, Northerns and Panfish. The tough bite keeps on for the walleyes so for now we will concentrate on the other species. The bass have been hitting very good on most of our lakes. Anglers are finding good success pitching jigworm combos along the weedlines. The best depths are 12-16 feet. The northerns have been active in many of the same areas. Jigs and minnows or spinners and minnows are really producing some dandy northerns. A good crappie bite has developed the last 10 days in the evenings. Good results have been had for anglers slow trolling with Northland Thumper Jigs in 12-14 feet.
