The fishing was top notch and the "Big Bowl" is starting to finally clean up after those high winds a few weeks ago. If you’re looking at coming up and fish Lake of the Woods, now is the time!
We had our best success out from Zipple Bay in 31 feet of water while anchored and jigging. Purple, Pink and Gold, and Orange were the hot colors. Frozen shiners and crawlers were the choice of the Walleyes this fine day.
