Newbie here. I just purchased my first brand new boat and went with the 1875 pro v bass xs with the 200 pro xs with 6” Atlas JP. I upgraded my steering to the panther power steering but now while they are installing everything they are saying the PPS isn’t compatible with the JP. They are saying I need to go with the hydraulic steering with the JP. I’m afraid if I go with the hydraulic steering it’s going to be hard to steer with such a big outboard. Anybody running the hydraulic steering and regretting they didn’t go with power steering? Thanks in advance guys, can use all the help I can get.
