I’m 6’1″ @ 195 lbs and have the XL, pretty sure the L would be too small.

How do they fit on you?

    I’m 6’2″ 200 and large is perfect

Are they snug or baggy on you?

I don’t want them to be real baggy but not have them be high waters.

I have a HDS gen2 touch 7. But I also have an Lx9. Would it be worth it to try the gen2 touch for ice?

Yea I’m very happy, now that the river is back under flood stage. And hopefully my prop will be done Friday and I’ll be able to enjoy the weekend of fishing.

Well I was finally able to get the boat out on the river in Alma pool over the weekend. I’m defiantly happy with the boat fished three guys out of it in comfort and was able to get the boat up to 30mph

Thanks for the report. I’m heading back up there at the end of February using Chad Benson’s services again. I was up there a couple of weekends before Xmas and we just killed it between jigging tingler’s and dead sticking. Chad has his shacks off of Sandberg Rd access about a mile out and we were in 9′-10′ FOW. Not sure where he has his sleepers now.

Ok, yea we were up there the weekend before Xmas and was slamming them on the Tingler hot pink with minnow head, and would get a few here and there on a dead stick or rattle real.

I am thinking of replacing my current Yukon tent for one of the Yukon TC tents. Will the TC fit on a non-TC frame?

    Thank you,

Thanks and good luck take a few tingler spoons 3/16oz with you the two hot colors for us were the pink fire and the chartreuse.

No we stayed in the sleeper the entire weekend, the bite was great all day morning was slow but early evening to after dark was the best for the bite.

First off set your color palette to r-y-g-b-o. then your sens should be around 6-8ish, and set range to dynamic

You made the correct choice, Digital is the future of ice fishing electronics. I had the Lx-7 and loved it, then was looking at the Lx-9 only two months after I bought the Lx-7. So I ended up upgradig to the Lx-9 and absolutly love it.

This is my third time using my lx-7 with the new update. Not impressed at all. Honestly I think it suck. I have another lx-7 that has the 2.9 on it and it blows the 3.14 away. I am using a spoon and with my lx-7 that has the new update I have to adjust the sense setting to 21 to finally see a solid mark on the display. There goes the target separation out the door. Just not impresses. I will switch the transducers just to make sure that’s not a issue. But I wish there was a way to go back to 2.9.

I ran into the same issue try this use the 6 color palette. gives way more room for adjust ability. Run that 6 color and in 30+ feet for sens should be around 8 or 9 with a solid mark. Keep using the 3.14 and fiddling with to find that sweet spot.
