Charmin, Northern, Angle soft, White Cloud, Scott…..smh…

I launch my boat in the dark most morning in the spring and fall. Many times I’m alone waiting for clients to show up. I usually carry less that $100.00 cash on me when I’m fishing so it’s not about loosing my money, it’s about my truck, boat, and all my equipment..basically my livelihood and how long it would take to replace it all, well into the $150,000 range. One of the many reason I have a conceal carry permit and ready to use it only at last resort. So far so good, but if I see a vehicle pulling into a ramp at 3am with no boat trailer and its not my clients I get suspicious very fast..things can happen anytime anywhere. I agree, I’m thankful the Officer is able to celebrate Thanksgiving today!!

Cabelas and Scheels had them for 2 bucks a piece 2 years ago …I bought 150 of them..most colors have never caught a fish but a few of them are hot baits…I wish I would have bought the barrel full of them, at least 90% run straight right out of the box…unlike the flickers

And those of us that live in Wisconsin….a whole different set of rules for cleaning and transporting fish to take home….

Well a good starting point is your budget. Good used boats are expensive and have been for the past 1.5 years.

The negativity and the know it all posts from the same few guys in here really turns me off and that’s why I’m on here about 90% less than I use to be. I check in to see if things ever get better but nope….same old things

Results will be on the Annual Freeze Your Butt Facebook page this morning. 11 plus pounds was first and 3.2 was big fish. There were only about 20 boats out of the 67 that weighed fish in. Very clean water with no flow = a very tough bite.

I for one am not anti Walmart but I’m anti liberal…

plastics, plastics and more plastics. I dont even buy live bait there anymore. I have fished out there from April to October over the years and Bfishin plastics do the trick every time. And yes the wind blown shorelines are a must!!

Great crew in there and the bait is fresh and lively with very reasonable prices. Tom and the crew and great folks to chat with and talk fishin stories!!

I have 2 of the lifetime coolers and they are a very good product especially for the money. I also would buy more if I need more coolers.

Yes Yes Yes ..look at this post is already 5 pages long..the way fishing report USE to be when I joined. There and many many other social media sites to talk the political BS and NOT on here. Look back 10 years ago think about all the guys that use to post their catches and make fishing reports. That is basically gone from here. Someone would make a great post with some fish they kept and guys would constantly bitch about people keeping fish!!! This is not the sight it use to be because of a select few of jealous people that have a crappy life and all they want to do is BITCH and argue their point all day long. Too much time on their hands I guess.

Think about the name of this site…IN Depth Outdoors…What would a person new to the site think about the list of today’s topics?? I suggest we keep it about the outdoors and leave the political BS to Facebook or the other news media sources.Lets keep this about the outdoors and get back to sharing stories and supporting each other on successes !! My 2 cents
