Has anybody used the 13 fishing flash bang? it seems very familiar to the two baits that are discussed in this thread. anyways it looks like a slightly different take on the glow stick baits

Lindy makes a lot of good tackle. trying to put in new glo sticks was always too much of a hassle for me last year. Will try the new lindy version although. the colors look good as well. wont have as much time on the ice this year thanks to college.

Went out this weekend near Worthington MN and shot our limit both days of teal and woodducks. Started to see a few mallards. there are more numbers overall here than last year. shaping up to be a good season!

Nobody seemed to complain before it got called on their team. do i believe the league should change it? yes i do. But the amount of people who are freaking out about matthews getting called is crazy. they released the rule months ago. It may be soft yes but if you are a defensive end in the league you have to understand the new rule and abide by it. Thats just the way it is

i would either take shallow crank baits and troll them right next to the tulies or take spinners and go 17-20 foot of water. have been fisning the lake for 15 years and the fish bite a little different every year. i know trolling shallow was what was working earlier this year. i caught a 25 incher throwing an underspin with a paddletail. you really just have to play it by ear.

does he do any informative videos? He defienently seems like an interesting youtuber. idk if you know who tactical bassin is but they make some of the best videos out there in terms of teaching you about different baits and how to use them. they release a video every monday wednesday and friday.

Flicker shads, smash shads, shadow raps, husky jerks, rattle traps, rippin raps. <strong class=”ido-tag-strong”>walleye divers, rouges, just to name a few.

How do you fish the rat L Trap? Any extra weight on it or just troll it behind. And how much line is everyone using for these techniques. Most of the time I fish. 6-10 pound mono

fished in very southwest corner of the state. Around Worthington area. lots of fish shallow already. caught lots of small 14 inchers, with a few good sized eyes around 20 in as well. seems like the fish were really schooled up

They feel pretty nice. Definitely not top of the line but I think they are probably a good middle of the road stick from what I’ve gathered just holding them in stores. I have heard the big plus with them is the business itself. Good people running it with good customer service and partnerships with their sponsored fishermen.

yeah i think a huge part of the marketing is them using youtubers to get to younger customers. very smart imho

In okaboji iowa. when the panfish bite is on. everybody is withing ten feet of each other. over 100 houses, one day i was hole hopping there and i dropped my line down a hole and a guy came up to me and said he had just drilled that hole and he asked if he could fish it. I gladly agreed and left him to his fish and i fished in a different spot. It all comes down to communication in the end. If someone doesnt want to act like an A hole about it. Ill gladly reason with them. theres plenty of fish in the lake. No need to hoard one another

I have been thinking about getting one myself. You have it right, the whole point of the rig is its supposed to be a smaller alabama/umbrella rig. I know these have been selling like crazy at the local bait shop as well as on tackle warehouse. I think the bigest issue people have had is the top hookless swimbaits fall of or get torn easily. but you can buy replacements for like $5. might have to try myself

I’m not 100% sure on that exact lure but I know a little company called Crystaleye jigs makes a very similar jig. Same hook shape and everything.

My advice would be to be constantly moving. where I fish it seems like you can catch your limit one day at one spot and then the next you wont feel a bite. My first guess would be to find a shallow weed bed and drill about 40 holes and just jump from hole to hole with your flasher. otherwise try some points and transitions in the deeper parts of the lake.

The black spots on sunfish where I fish normally means nothing. Looks a little different but thats it. Some people i know wont touch them but i’ve never had a problem. I wouldnt worry

for sunfish I would try to get out there as early as possible. seems like the brighter it is the better the fishing is. but when it starts getting dark and im fishing them i make sure to put on something with a glow. just to get them to notice your jig. the darker it gets the more difficult tho

I just got a few size #3 and #4 for my father for christmas (which of course means theyre for me) and I was wondering whats a good rod for about $50-$75 for these lures. seemed like the old one i had was too light to get a good wobble going with a size #4/#3
