Was thinking of getting a lorance elite 5 to complement my Markum. Seems a bit easier to mount on the sled or dash of the truck. Anyone with any input? Have any other suggested units?

Hey Kooty! Heading out to see the boys in a few weeks. Guess my cow is ready. going to fish the river with John. I was on Bitter and Waubay sun – thurs. Mon was 10 and blowing. My 5lb. would not keep up with the big buddy on high. going to swithc to a short 10. Trade ya for a BPS.

I only find them at LOW, but caught 14 11-13″ perch on Bitter, just south of Waubay, with a red glow. Fished Waubay Sun & Mon 9 hours 7 eyes on the same. It’s my last one, I’ll be at LOW 2 weekend in jan….I’ll stock up

Thats funny!…. I was born in the 50’s, grew up in the 60’s, made my mistakes in the 70-80-&90’s. Now I’m too old to remember how to make up for lost time….think I’ll just go fishing.
