Gage heights from two different gages can really only be compared if you know their respective gage zeros.

Chrome can also be done with hot stamping foils.

Thanks for the report. Nice to see something on Pool 8.

A seiche has nothing to do with water clarity. It’s essentially a “sloshing” in lake level caused by a atmospheric pressure difference from one side of a lake from the other.

It will be tough finding the Uncle Josh baits. They quit making them in 2015.

They’re actually pretty simple. Aluminum foil followed by hand brushing a single color. Add the eyes, clear coat, and you’re done.

I’ve been wanting to try painting soft plastics. How are you holding them while painting?

    Thanks

He is very quick to respond. Some months ago I had him send me the period of record (1938 – present) for the La Crosse gage. I believe he got it to me the next day.

Installation manual mentions an inline fuse

Where did you find those? I’ve been looking for some smaller cranks to paint.

    Thanks

The La Crosse Municipal Harbor has transient slips. Contact the operator for more info:

Me neither. About 50 years of fishing and it’s usually the other way around, can’t get them to start sometimes.

Damn strange. Even had two guys from American Marine look at it (granted they weren’t service techs).

Had to pull spark plug wire

You are aware that the fruit you will eventually get will most likely bear no resemblance to the apple the seed came from. Apple trees are propagated by grafting.

I don’t use the I-90 ramps but I’m surprised you had a problem with the Clinton St. ramps. Were you on the west side? I’ve seen those ramps used all this week. I haven’t used Clinton St. in a while but I put in at the Green Island ramp just last Friday and didn’t have a problem.

The river has been real close to 5′ since mid-September which after all the high water we’ve had is pretty close to normal for this time of year.
