I sure appreciate the tips. Sitting tight does sound like good advice, maybe I can finally win back all the $ I lost at Devils Lake last winter! Hopefully we will get some nice fished iced as well, I will attempt to post photos if we do.

We are staying in a sleeper shack, but I think that we will bring up a couple portables. Wondering if many guys try moving around at night, or is it better just to sit tight? I also have an aquaview, hows the water clarity? Never used it before. Darn warm weather down here!

this coming weekend for the first time. Does a guy do any good just jigging after sundown for the eyes, or are tip ups the way to go? We are going to be in the SE corner of the lake, so the fish should be biting good on the NW corner of the lake!
