I’ve been fishing everywhere but there this year but Saturday looks like my chance to join the crowd! Any tips on depth/ spots to try on the north/west side?

The frabill quick tip rod is hard to beat for the money! Try one and you’ll never want to fool around with a spring bobber again. For panfish teamed up with a good flasher and you’ve got all you need catch fish! I love a Northland Bloodworm on 2 or 3 pound mono on a 27″ rod. Good luck!

Osakis area lakes are alway good during early ice! We head to L.O.W. as early as we can take 4 wheelers out over the island, (about 2nd wk of Dec.) Still think Nov. full moon is going to be the best fishing of the year. (in the boat)

doubtfull i fished the lake last weekend and barely could reach bottom of the ice without extension. Clementson resort gives good daily reports but I think it’s going to be a tuff year to fish river. Hopefully I wrong but will be tuff beat last year.

thanks for the report, been eagerly awaiting the october full moon! Just can’t decide where to go. Was on Miltona Sunday morning with limited luck. Hopefully the weather stays clear for later in the week!
