I have the flip handle. Always had them in 3 different boats now.Installed them on the outside for years. Sorry but I think it’s highly unlikely it will get snagged off. Who puts it on with handle facing down anyway?

This is a big mistake on Fleet Farm according to what I hear. I am very surprised that you didn’t hear any knocking from the engine. Most of the time, your rod bearings are the first to go. A shop manager is not going to show fault on something that major. But I bet when you left, someone is probably no longer working there. My advice is to move on it quick. And do not take it to any other shop.

How wide is the transom. I have a Navigator and I think its a 91″ beam. I have a kicker on there with no additional bracket needed.

did you figure it out. Like what eyekatcher said, what shows up on accessory test. And which humminbirds do you have.

Glock 26 when out, and about, and for a good concealment, Glock 30 Wherever else. Both on the Fobus holster.

I’m with Joe Scegura here. I have own 4 used boats total, and have never took a loss on my investment. To the point where my wife doesn’t think twice when I tell her lets get a different one.
They were all Alumacrafts, with 4stroke yamahas on them. I use my boats year round and it shows in hours, but still never was a problem to the buyer.

get the k-drill with the milwaukee, you won’t regret it. I wouldn’t spend my money on the clam plate. The handle keeps you in control enough.

I think 100, if 4″ of ice but not 15″+- . I get about 22-25 holes in 14″. I have the same setup as you. Mine is a 6″ by the way. Have a few buddies with it also and same ball park. So I want to say thats average for the K-drill.

All I know is once you go electric, you’ll never go back. Sold my gas one and now got both the Lithium Lazer, and the K-drill. I am a fan of the Lazer vs the chipper.

Thanks guys. I actually fish pool 4 year round also. I was just wondering about the dam position, cause of the current. First time that I had 4 people on the boat. 2 are beginners, and didn’t want to mess with lines tangling. We just ended up trolling on the st.croix instead. Got out about 1ish and left when it got dark. Fish are not as shallow as I thought they would be.

how deep does that lake get to? i would look near there around this time of year. They don’t really have to relate to structure. I use a humminbird and should look like a christmas tree if they are schooled.

Beautiful boat, you will love that yamaha. I fish year round and never winterized it since 2010. And never had a problem with it one bit. Just remember to use that ring free plus additive for yamaha.

Launch there on Sunday. The price for the launch hasn’t changed.$15 on weekends and $10 on weekdays. See the same guys working there. And if you go alone, I do like the valet service they do for you.

i have both lx-7 and flx28. I know lots of people will be mad at me for saying this but I feel that the lx7 is more advanced. Not as in it is digital, and has the display, and all that. I’m speaking more so of all the features that you can use with the lx7. You have so many options that you will appreciate if you know how to use it. I usually hand over my vexilar to my daughter because it is just so basic, with little to fine tune.I do like hole hopping with the vex though.

And food stamps, and free education (as a minority)

Where do people get this “free education” for minorities from? I’m a minority, and don’t remember getting anything free. There are grants, and financial aid for all people who are willing to work for it. And by the way, screw Kaepernick, SKOL VIKES.

I have 3 interstates total in the boat since 2010. And just bought the same ones again 1 month ago. Nothing wrong with the old ones, just figured it was time to replace them.

What battery are you using. If your using the energizing battery you will have problem. I had the same problem. Only radio shack has the right battery. Let me know if you got more questions.

The owners manual calls for one CR2450 battery. Brand of battery is immaterial.

It does matter. You can call up Minnkota. There are batteries with CR2450 and CR2450N. There will be certain brands that will not be compatible with your i pilot or will have very little battery life. There were articles on this back in 2013 because people were having problems. I actually was one of them and if you compare a CR2450 and a CR2450N you will see one is slightly different. I don’t know why this would be an issue because they are both CR2450 but I am just telling you what was believe to be the problem. you can google more about this battery thing and you’ll see what Im talking about. Good luck
