i hear that the fish havent been biting on the chip. flowage lately, some guys having a real hard time catching fish. Any comments, sorry about adding this to your post! I have never fished the flowage but is it true that motor trolling isnt allowed?

Is there any other effective techniques out there for walleye fishing during the summer? does anyone troll for walleyes on the river? Let me know cauz i am makin a run to the bait store here shortly to get some last minute lures. THANKS
