That’s a hog crappie. I had my 8 year old grandson out yesterday afternoon and he caught an 18 inch crappie that weighed 3lbs 2.8 oz. The neat thing was he watched it bite on the camera. This was in a southern Mn lake on a #4 chubby darter. I am having it mounted for him. Congrats on your monster crappie. They are once in a lifetime. I also have this unit and like it very much.

I have a panasonic vdr-m50pp camcorder and have recorded video from my marcum.Dvd ram discs and it also has a remote which allows you to turn it off and on very quickly.You can get one on the big-e auction site for just over a hundred.

They are without a doubt the best lights.Mine are also on 3 toggles switches because having all 3 strings on at the same time is way to brite.I have 2 48cm strips and 1 96cm strip.I also used red electrical tape to fasten them to the poles because tie straps leave a sharp edge where you cut them.Here`s a picture of of the ice holes at night showing how brite.This picture is with just the 96cm strip on my center pole.

I also use the best hongkong led lights.Here`s a couple pictures showing how well they light up the porty.

I have always said…you snooze you loose.If i want something i jump on it.

Put a mark on the shaft and your prop and see if they stay lined up after you run it.

I have a jiffy legend lightning stealth 9 inch 2 hp.Had the pull rope break this year but its 6 years old.I just put my first set of new blades on it and now i have to lift up on it while cutting.It cuts fast.

Thanks for the welcome.Here`s a link to ebay.My buddy bought a marcum 250 last winter and after seeing it i found this ebay seller that sells this same camera.He lists them as closeouts and not as marcums.Side by side with my buddy and his they are and perform exactly alike.Check out this sellers other items as he sells them with a battery as well.He upped his price a little this year though.I bought 2 of these it this price and and very happy with their performance.
