The wife and I and some friends stop be there a few weeks ago. I wasn’t impressed with the Bourbon or Rye to say the least. They where very weak tasting. The atmosphere is really nice though.
I bought a 2021 2500 with the 6.4 this fall. I have zero complaints about the truck. I use to pull a 30 foot 5th wheel camper and a 20 foot fish house. It has plenty of power to pull each down the road. I sat in the Chevys and Fords the Ram in my opinion has the nicest interior. As far as gas mileage I get 14-15 sometimes better down the interstate not pulling anything and 10-11 with the 5th and camper.
If you are using it inside of your house get the 20. You can drill your holes and leave the house on its wheels. Keeps the mess under the house and not on the floor.
Definitely go with a load E tires. I have a Tahoe and upgraded the rear springs and put on load E tires. That took all of the rear end sway out of the Tahoe.
CaptainMusky and fishthumper I live in between the both of you on 7th St N. I you have not been to the Rusty Nail in St. Stephen for their fish fry you are missing out. They give you a plate full
If you want good Blood Sausage go to Bruders Butcher shop in Melrose. I have had a lot of blood sausage from a lot of different butchers and they are by far the best.
I cook beef tongue in the slow cooker with garlic and onions. When it is fully cooked peel it then either eat it the way it is or I like to put it on the grill for a few minutes on each side.
Get used to that bill if you keep that truck for any mount of time. I had a 2006 Ram and in the 8 years I had the truck I replaced the ball joints 3 if not 4 times. The last set I put in where for off road racing truck and those lasted until I sold the truck.
I upgraded my legacy Terrova with the new iPilot link. Have not had any issues with it so far. I only bought the replacement head unit and remote, didn’t get all of the other parts and pieces in the kit you have linked.
Do a search for Lux Row Distillers. It gives a lot of information of the different distilleries in the Louisville area. Once this Covid b.s. easies some I am planning on taking a distillery tour on Kentucky
I have had an awesome ice fishing season so far. I have been to Red three times and caught numerous fish to release and bring home. Went to Leech once again caught fish to release and brought some home. This past weekend took my brother in law and nephew to Winnie didn’t hammer the fish but had a good weekend. For me most weekends are not about how many fish I catch but hanging out with friends and family for the weekend on the ice.
