Thank you guys for the quick responses! I’ll try my luck with that marine support number however, my bag is aftermarket and not Garmin’s carrying case, so I might be SOL. I was able to contact the supplier for my bag/shuttle and they were excellent for warrantying my bag, but the transducer is out of there scope I believe. I have all of my receipts and my unit registered etc. As for when I got it, I got the whole package for that big sale they had there end of November/early December. Last weekend was just the first time I was able to get some time to go out. Hopefully thats not too big of a window there.
