I got a free fiberglass row boat. The catch is, it sat in the weather for so long, the fibers on the bottom are exposed and sticking up. My arms show it. Can these be repaired for relatively cheap or should I just junk it? If you want to refer any boat repair men than it’s okay because I love my boat a lot and really want it to look beautiful.
