I agree with you 100%. Some of the best catfishing is in these smaller rivers. My all time favorite spot is right here on the Cedar River. The problem is that I have to be able to find a place for small and larger boats and a bigger problem is getting people to participate in these tournaments. We can’t get local people to enter so we have to try to bring in others who are willing to travel and the only way is to have it on bigger waters. I just hope that I can get feed back from everyone so we can try our best to get more participation. We are open to any ideas and comments. The Cedar River is hot now! Had a great day fishing last sunday!
