Thanks a bunch guys, i can’t wait to get out–sounds like Pepin crappies it is! I went down with my girlfriend to the Hidden Falls park here in St Paul tonight—watched a sunset, and i caught a nice little walleye from shore on a jig–had a few huge spashes on a topwater too–kind of fun!

My girlfriend is from a small town around the lake and i’ve fished it a few times this summer. Can be pretty tough to pick up walleyes, but now with now rec. boat traffic, it should be better. The Glenwood side of the lake has better walleye structure, and a few nice drop-offs
