I’m just asking for speculation here. Now that the election is over and hopefully things settle down, will general clay shooting ammo become more available? I’m talking run of the mill stuff here, 1 1/8oz. federal top guns, remington gun clubs, winchester super targets, fiocchi, etc. It seems that for the last few months there’s been a shortage, although in general before that whatever fleet farm has on sale in this category is non-existent in their stores. I shoot a good bit of clays and like to have a supply on hand for that purpose only. Not looking for the zombie apocalypse or impending civil war. I’m kicking myself now because I was in rural MN and a store had winchester target loads for $5.20 a box and I bought a case and should have got 4. Is it true that the large ammo mfg’s lean towards rifle/pistol ammo over shells? I read on another site that federal was too busy pumping out centerfire/rimfire ammo to produce many shotgun shells.
