    Master reset should do it
To perform a Master Reset on the echoMAP (CHIRP) 4x/5x/7x/9x* series:

Start with the device powered off
Press and hold the Home and Power buttons
Continue to hold both buttons until “Delete all user settings?” appears
    Release the buttons
    Select Yes

The wire that connects to red(positive) is black with light gray. The other wire is totally black and connects to the other black(negative)

Canals will have hardheads and mangrove snapper. Shrimp under a bobber or split shot/shrimp trolled behind your kayak or cast and let the tide carry it. I had a boat and had to fish the Sanibel bridge or Captiva cut to catch sheepshead. Any grass flat can hold trout depending on the tide. Same bobber and shrimp cast to edge of grass. Good luck

Not sure where you are located,I started at Kenosha fishing walleye style the first week of May in an 18 foot Crestliner T182. Planer boards with plugs, inline weights with orange dodger and peanut fly and a couple dipseys. Usually morning bite with limit of cohos in a couple hours. Occasional King, rainbow, laker or brown depending on trip. That time of year you can troll the shore or go out to the “third hill” depending on the weather. It is addicting. You can watch the reports as the coho move up the western shore, and time your trip. Usually first week of May in that area. 6 hour drive from central Iowa. Milwaukee has a large totally enclosed harbor you can troll inside, with borderline weather. Port Washington has deep water fairly close to shore.
    Good luck!

What is the serial number? Does it have a second GPS puck?

All the walleye you wish to catch. Our largest was 28in this year(Aug 12-19) but know of a 30 and 31 caught by others in camp. Caught way too many northerns while walleye fishing. Lots of 25-35 inchers. Group next to our cabin fished for them and 40″ was their largest. Caught 10-14″ smallmouth if we got too close to rocky islands.

Cedar Rapids has one on each end of town on I 380. They are marked with “Speed Limit 55 Photo Enforced”. They send you a picture of your car and license plate.
Cedar Falls and Waterloo have them and some are marked and some are not. Follow local traffic and do as they do. Good not to be the lead vehicle. The newer GPS in cars or portable usually warn you of upcoming traffic cameras. Des Moines has them on I 235. I received a picture from Hannibal Mo. Said I went through a red light. Could see me in the car and plate. Costs as much to fight as to pay. Iowan fought to Ia Supreme court and they refused to ban them. Good luck

Take one of your lead batteries that are charged and hook it to your amped for a second or two, positive to positive, negative to negative. This:

Put a voltmeter on it and see how many volts are really there. May have a bad charger or need a charger or another 12v battery that can “wake up” the BMS

Check cable pin contacts on back of the unit. If they are fine, your transducer is most likely shot

    3 Flares
Distress flag and whistle or air horn
    Fire extinguisher
Anchor and rope, if checked by ODNR

VHF recommended, plus can often hear what is working for other boats willing to share info

Fly-in Fishing at Slate Falls Outposts

I like Root Bay best. Lots of walleye and northern. Close to outlet dam where you can catch eater walleye on every cast.

I see something like that when I troll through another boats prop wash. Maybe water disturbance from the fish?
