I’ve used the can with little to no response and quit taking it into the woods with me. I have to believe though, that in certain situations it must work. My favorites are my True Talker grunt call and a rattle bag, in that order. I think I’ll bring my can out and try it again.

Thanks for your input guys. I was out shooting again yesterday, and have found that the federal premium sabots were shooting much better than the federal barnes expander. My guess is that the barnes expander floats around alot more because of the gigantic hollow point. Now if they would just put a ballistic tip over that hollow point, they would have better accuracy with their huge knockdown power.

Great information regardless of the picture. Another guy told me that his buddy rattled in a nice buck two nights ago but couldn’t get a shot. I think it might be time to start to bring out the rattling horns. Thanks for sharing.

As a nurse who cared for your granddaughter, I can say it only took minutes to fall in love with this precious child. I’m devastated to have heard the news that she passed away. My heart goes out to you and your family. I am glad to hear you have faith. You have been a wonderful support system for Mom, Dad and Big Sister. They will need your support now more than ever.
