Ya I was and am super upset about it not working and couldn’t find the number while on the ice. Sorry for venting out here. I’ll let out my frustrations over the phone.

Good news is that it worked last night. Bad news as soon as I took it out of house and tried to use it on the ice it blue screened on me. When I get it fixed it’ll be the second time and has spent more time at with them on the lake. Sounds like a waste of 500$ considering I slated em without it today.

Just called and left a message. What’s the turn around time for returning a phone call. Everyone beware don’t buy marcum recon ! They should fire product development team!

Only looking for the rod right now. Is it a tucr qt tip model? Could you send some pics? I haven’t used the inline reel before. Not sure if like it
