I have the minnkota link terrova head to match this for $100 to make a set.
check your city ordinance. My city only allows 24inches or under, if it’s over 24inches it needs a permit. Go figure.
Got our order in, excited to see how these bait will produce this year.
Nate,
My PD 55lbs ipilot V2 pulls my 18ft boat about 1.5-2mph and last all day on one battery.

Where are you located?
If you are close by I am really curious if I could compare that system to my current gen 2 ipilot.
Based on his craigslist ad, he’s located in or near saint paul.

I have confirmed my findings, no maintenance was ever completed. Ask the seller yourselfThat’s fine…however the OP posted something to sell. What’s the point in your posting that it’s not worth buying for you? I just had to play “play” cop for a day…
With potential buyers who replied on this thread, just trying to save them time.

Sale pending pick up tomorrow, thanks for all the pm’s and interest.
Any advice on how to begin? What equipment is needed etc.. thanks!
Not to troll your thread but a new Thermal Nanook MSRP is $499. I just sold my Nanook last week for $250 so just a thought about what the market price is.
Here ya go fellas, this is the transducer you guys need to get. IMO humminbird has great open water units but for hard water, I don’t think their technology is there yet like marcums. There’s a reason why humminbird didn’t launch a LX7 type ice sonar with a wide screen.
I had a LX-7 when it first came out, I sold it last year for a FLX-28. The marcum is great when it’s working but I needed something more reliable. Below are my pro’s and con’s
Lx7 – Ability to change views (sonar to chart), get free software updates, big screen, ability to view whole water column and zoom entire water column. Heavy, sometimes dynamic mode picks up to much interference, LCD screen (colors not as rich).
Flx28 – LED lights, simple buttons, light, reliable, doesn’t interfer when next to another vex or marcum, QUIET.
Doesn’t have zoom at any water columns, paying for basically a fl-20 but LED version.
Overall, you can’t go wrong with either. I’ve experienced great customer service at both companies, reason why I didn’t go with Humminbird because they are out of state.
