the real issue here is the fact that Packer fans always cheer the loudest when a call goes there way but when it goes against them they are the biggest bunch of whiners…. just sayin, the better team did win!

Minocqua,Thirsty Whale, there is a place on 51 just north of where 47 branches off to the west, it is on the east side of the road. Food is good there. In Rhinelander, go to Fishers on Lk George, very good food.

Seriously!?!?!? there are many sides to this. Obviously the NFL, the teams and players are making money but the boom to the economy for each home game is tremendous. Add in any national coverage that a city gets for a home game and that just adds to the payoff. It is a difficult topic. I would say the team and the NFL should pay a percentage for a stadium, say 40-60%.

In my case I found it cheaper to get a 1 bank for the starting battery. I had a 2 bank for the 24v trolling, it is still working fine after 10 years.

I was using small rubber bands, but they break eventually. Hopefully I can remember this!

I have used my I pilot on a 80lb Terrova for 2 seasons now. I am sure I would not go back but there are times when it just pi$$es me off! The spot lock is not always so, the speed setting I gave up on. I have not used the record track. I can say that when conditions are favorable, mild winds it is great but during it is during the harsher conditions that I lean on this and that is when I get mad. The spot lock is supposed to keep you within a 5ft circle. I have blown off the spot by about 20-30ft before it tries to correct and then it never seems to get me back to where I was. That is especially painful when you have a fish hanging onto live bait and they are not taking the bait right away.

I had the same issue with the password. Had to go to there home page and request a new password and then enter that in your e-mail settings.

checking the voltage of a charged battery after it has stabilized the voltage should be 12.5 – 12.7. While your outboard is running you should see at least 14.3 volts but no more than 14.7. ( that is what your regulater is for).Checking the voltage while the batteries are being charged by the onboard charger should be at least 13.5 volts or so….

be careful, if you have two sets of wires at the battery compartment the jumper may be in your plug. you can always ohm it out to verify this

I agree with all the above comments. I myself will have to look at the Shimanos, the older Abu Garcias are great reels, I just had a spring break on one of my newer 6500’s. The other thing I would add is that I make my own leaders and I am very dedicated to the stay-lok snaps! I had a leader pop open and bust on a nice fish a few years ago, it was the first time in the water for that leader. It was a cross lock snap, never again!

I toed in 2×4’s between rafters in my garage. Just above the boat. Works great! I need to add a few more for the growing rod and reel collection!

I was, for several years, using a surgeons knot with braided line. 3 of those with an overhand behind it. Never had a failure. Now I use a palimar with an overhand behind it on braids, just because it is easier.I use the improved clinch on mono and fluro.
