    Thanks for all the input. I think im going to get the 8 inch. it just concerns me a little when im targeting pike and lake trout but you can get a pretty big fish up an 8 inch hole.

    I think I’m going to pull the trigger on one even though its mid ice season. Will use it in the summer as well.

    I do not know the battery life, thought they came with a 7ah and I would just put a 9ah on it instead. Hoping some people who have them post on here.

    I finally found a good setup for storing my ifish pros, it is a tough tote made by styleworks, got it a Walmart for $18 it is the 10.5 gallon one. holds everything I need to go tip up fishing except for the rods for the ifish pros.

    Probably going to go with the storage tote route, I think an action packer by Rubbermaid will be the best bet.
