If you’re still in the market, I just found out that my buddy is selling his 2005 Winnebago Sightseer 30B. it’s in very good shape as he takes very good care of it, and everything works on/in it. It has less than 60K miles on it and his asking price is $20K. If you’re interested, PM me and I’ll give you his contact info.

Here’s what’s going on my smoked ham for tomorrow:

    Bourbon-Maple Ham glaze

1/2 cup favorite bourbon. I prefer Blue Note Juke Joint.
Pour an extra oz.in a glass and drink it to ensure flavor and freshness.

    1/2 cup maple syrup.
Repeat bourbon taste test to confirm prior results.

    1/4 cup ketsup.
    Repeat boubon confirmation taste test.

    1/4 cup brown sugar.
If your still unsure of bourbon quality, repeat taste test.

    1 TBL Apple Cider Vinegar.

1 TBL of your favorite sweet rub.

Prior to any more bourbon testing, whisk all ingredients into a suitable sized sauce pan and cook on med. heat for ~20 min, stirring often to keep sugars from burning. Reduce heat to low and simmer another 10 min. with an occasional stir. Remove from heat and let cool. You’re good to go.
    Resume bourbon quality testing…

My kid has a 22 ft Bentley that’s a pretty nice rig. Don’t even know if they’re still built though.

Electric ice augers are OK. But when I want to “git’er dun”, I rely on my trusty ole Strikemaster Honda lite 4-stroke! whistling

There should be a continuous open hunting season on Sandhill Cranes. They can make for excellent long range targets, and are great table fare! Taste like Bald Eagle.

My sister’s “significant other” was Tommy’s walleye tournament partner for many, many years. I’ll get in touch with him and let him know about your post. If this boat was Tommy’s, he most likely fished out of it on several occasions.

Bunk trailers are the way to go. One thing I do a couple times throughout season is right after launching the boat and parking the trailer, I liberally spray the carpeted bunks down with silicone spray. When loading out, the boat slides onto the bunks like, well….you know.

Can anyone show me where the idle screw is please

Allen, although I don’t have this model of auger, here’s my assessment. If you look at the last of the 3 pic post you posted above, that is the idle speed adjustment screw. If you look closely, that screw tapers to a point, and the throttle plate linkage arm rides on that taper. As you adjust the screw clockwise, the linkage plate rides higher on the taper, holding the throttle open further. Counter-clockwise would reduce the idle speed.

    Hope this helps.
