    So anyway…..

    I believe this topic is “St. Croix River Weekend Reports”…..

    We fished out of the Bluffs on Sunday and never boated a fish. Tried jigging and leadcore from just upstream of the Kinnie down to the Bluffs. 50 degree water. BRUTAL.

    I posted this yesterday – Sunday the 3rd – on Everts Facebook page:

    My buddy and I had six 14 -15 inch saugers that we kept. I think that was far above average. Threw back 4 undersized walleyes. Fished from 11am to 5pm. Fish caught mostly on jig & fathead, 19 to 21 FOW. Saw maybe a dozen other keepers from other boats. SLOW.

    What are the current water temps down on pool 2? I always seem to struggle to catch numbers of fish on the river until the water temps start getting into the 40’s.
