    Last year I pulled a 6 pound and a 6lb 12 oz bass off of pool 7. This year in a tourny on pool 5a, I saw a guy bring in a 7.22 pound Largemouth. It was a pig.

    I have been out many times here in the past few days and have caught a number of the nice smallies 18-19 inches. They have mostly been spawned out, but there are still a few that are full. The large mouths have started to pick up again as well. Still mostly around 14 inches though. For the smallies, i have been on the rocks in the cuurent.

    Most of the fish that were caught were LM only 1 or two smallies. What you were using was not the issue on sat, it was finding the fish that were biting. I did a lot of running until I found a pattern that was working. It was the same with all of the guys. It was a BASS club tourney
