I think I might be able to handle a self guided hunt. I believe the season is late Aug. thru Sept. and that’s fine. I definitly would use a rifle, I bow hunt for deer a fair amount but have yet to get a shot. I would not be expecting a record book bull. One problem I am having is any of my regular hunting buddies to join me. They do not want to spend the money.
