Anyone else ready to move on from Buxton, Lewis and Correa?

Buxton and Correa are the easy ones. Both should get moved at the deadline.

Lewis is the hard one. Hate to give up on him at age 25, but you can’t count on him being the face of the franchise moving forward when he pulls up lame every few weeks..

Gets old watching Buxton wave at a pitch 2 feet outside and his walking back to the dugout looking out at the pitcher who just fanned him…

Used to be a huge College B ball fan back in the early/mid 80s…St Johns with Chris Mullin, Georgetown with Ewing, Memphis State with Keith Lee…could go on and on…those were the days.

Haven’t watched 10 seconds of college basketball in the past 10 years I bet..

Rodgers comes in as a starter or not at all.

Him being a backup and a few bad games by JJ…

Guessing everyone knows what will happen…

My parents are life long smokers and in their late 70’s. My brother and I tried to get them to quiet when we were younger but never worked. It’s to the point now that when we go over to their house we leave coats in the car and have to wash clothes right when we get home because it all smells like smoke. Anything that comes from their house smells like smoke even if it’s only been there a couple days. It is a gross habit but also an addiction.

Guessing a lot of us had parents that smoked. I can’t even fathom what we went through growing up…like you said, the stink in the house, clothes, hair, driving in a smoke filled car… Back then I guess we didn’t know any better.

Feel bad for kids nowadays that have no choice but to live with that.

This is just in. Looks like the queens are signing another Packer castoff in LB Wilson. Guess they just can’t help themselves in trying to be just like the Pack. Guess if you can’t draft for crap you have to rebuild using other team’s castoffs. Another non Super Bowl season coming up, LOL!!! smash

    LOL

Eric Wilson is RETURNING to the Vikes..

I’ve had luck planting Norway Red Pines seedlings in my area. Deer don’t bother them at all. County sells them for $35 or so for 25. I’m in sandy soil and watered extensively the first year I planted. But after that I’d just stick them in the ground and let it roll. I’d say I had a 65% or so success rate.

I didn’t call you stupid, there were other options. And yes you did touch a nerve. You are basically accusing everyone in the state government of siphoning and misusing funds. Believe or not we are not the entire government isnt a corrupt machine designed to waste your money. I use these publicly accessible amenities on a daily basis and political bias that can undermine my access is going to urine me off. And yes calling someone stupid is insensitive, I learned yesterday in my inclusiveness training that “dense” is a better term to use.

    LOL

Had a great local dentist for 20 or so years then moved out to the country. Decided to go to one of the dental franchise/chains in town. Big mistake. It was like an assembly line, had their own separate ‘finance office’ which should tell you something right there.

Same story as others here. Franchise said I had 2 cavities. Ended up back at my old dentist a few months later and lo and behold no cavities..

KOC is Denny Green 2.0. No ability to adjust and a team that’s not prepared and can’t execute. 2 weeks in a row. Same song. Different verse. Of the same Denny Green song.

Yup, 7 step drops, long developing routes won’t get it done with the pathetic O-line..same as last week.

This thread is still going because it’s an echo chamber of anti-vax / anti-science rhetoric. Using mRNA as some boogeyman scare tactic..

    “Anti Science rhetoric”??

How can you even utter that with a straight face?

I went through my ad on my Facebook and placed my order today. 4 pairs of pants and a flannel for $52 total.

But looks like if I go directly to the website I’m not seeing the 85% off deal..

We buy 30lbs of ground beef and 1/2 hog each year from the 225 acre farm down the road. They raise over 100 beef cattle, 20 or so Bison, and over 100 hogs (and chickens, rabbits, geese, turkeys, ducks, sheep). They have over 400 paying customers. Their cattle and bison are grass fed and pasture harvested. We’re not saving any money doing this, but as others have said it’s well worth it..

Our 30lbs of ground beef. (57lbs hanging weight). Paid the farmer $171 and the meat shop $62. Comes out to $7.78/lb.

Our 1/2 hog was 117lbs hanging weight. Paid the farmer $409 and the meat shop $240. Can’t remember how much we actually netted in weight though..

Modern day robinhood type deal? I don’t necessarily wish death upon anyone but some seem more deserving of it than others.

Our healthcare system is f’ed. I don’t know that assassinating a CEO will change much or even provide incentive for change, but it sure seems like a symptom of condition.

Edit: Robinhood isn’t the best analogy but hopefully you kinda know what I mean.

    What the actual f*ck…
