I’m all for seeing and hearing people enjoying themselves outdoors. There are rules and trails to follow. Tearing up the landscape just because I’m a taxpayer doesn’t cut it. Consideration for other people to also enjoy the outdoors is to be expected. JMO

I plug spring and fall IF we get a good soaking rain. Only roll in the spring after frost and a good rain. It helps a little but a commercial blacktop roller does a much better job.

My son and sil both have an Ego self propelled for their small yards and love them. SIL’s is probably 9 years old already.

This is exactly what happened last time aluminum prices spiked. Aluminum had a 10% increase. Lund. Alumacraft, and every other boat builder added 10 to 15 percent to the price of their boats. Like the price of the boat was based on it being 100% aluminum. Apparently carpet, hardware, pumps, plastic, trailer, etc. ALL went up.

I do both at my house. Pots, pans, and knives by hand. Everything else goes in the DW. Run it in the evening and unload in the morning.
The FW rarely does either.

As a general rule the Detroit River peaks around the 10th of April. It really depends on the spring weather and ice out of the lakes. The fishing will be very good usually a week on either side of that date.
If you go plan on jigs of half to 1oz. Some areas are VERY SNAGGY.
When you hit it right it’s a big fish bonanza.
