I purchased a new VX Lakemaster card and in the box was a code for a year free premium subscription of the new app.

I have some very steep areas around my place also. I was able through the John Deere dealership to try different mowers to see what would do the job. Big zero turn wouldn’t do it. The 500 series struggled the 700 series did well. But after pricing we decided on a 1025R with a 60” deck. We mow around 6 acres here and the 1025 does great. It wasn’t cheap but it will last a long time.

I started just with Mega 360. Worked great for what I expected. I didn’t think I would need live type sonar. I have purchased Mega Live and I’m happy I have it. But for how I fish I wouldn’t be without both.

Do get tested. I got tested during a routine physical. Numbers came back at 4.8. Went to urologist a month later and the numbers had went up in that time. Did biopsy 2 weeks later and they found cancer. My Gleason score was on the high end. I went to Mayo in Rochester and had robotic prostatectomy. The cancer had not left the prostate. Urologist said I was very lucky to catch it soon. I had no symptoms. So get tested it can save a lot of extra doctoring. I was 52 then. That was 3 years ago and still clean. I get tested every 3 months because of the high Gleason score and the type of cancer I had in the prostate.

Just got back from 6 days at Leech. Fished 4 days. We did very well. Spent lots of time using side imaging to locate fish. 1 spot out 4 held fish that would bite. Best I found was rock to sand transitions in 17-22’. Mostly caught 20-24” fish – early am was best. Eating size fish 10-12’ weed edge. Lots of looking at spots. Most guys said it is still very slow. But if you move around and keep looking there are fish to be caught

I wouldn’t be without one on my 2090. Many uses for how I like to fish. River or lakes.

I was born in Hermantown. Lived there for 46 years. I watched the hockey program grow and the effort that was put into it by the whole community. The hockey program really took off after the ice arena was built in the 80’s. Captain Musky – I suggest if you want to see how a hockey program is built to show up at the Hermantown ice arena on a Saturday at 8 am and watch , walk outside to the outdoor ice rinks the young kids that are there would amaze anyone. There success is by great coaches from beginning to end and the support of the parents.

Captain Musky. Where do you get your info on Hermantown ? You are not even close to being correct.

The left side is partially reading before it gets the interference from 2D

The chirp 2D transducer is giving your side imaging transducer interference. The 2D needs to be mounted higher then the side imaging transducer.

There is some options for mounting transducer. Rig Rite board using 3M 4200 or 5200 adhesive , Stern Saver using epoxy adhesive and Stern Pad that uses 3M VHB double sided foam type tape. The for sure thing that will be on your boat transom for years to come will be the Rig Rite type board with 4200 or 5200 and using the supplied mounting screws to make sure there is proper adhesion from the 4200 or 5200. For securing transducer cabling. I don’t drill holes for wire clamp. I use these for the cabling. There stuck on with 3M VHB tape. They work well for securing the cabling going up transom.

No I didn’t take it the wrong way. What you said is true. My lab is 5 and solid muscle but he is not aggressive in anyway so before he could realize there a threat he could be in trouble.

Gimruis. They are smart animals. Here they get hunted heavily. They are call shy and like I said we don’t see them in the open during daylight. The guys that get the most coyotes here besides the trappers are the landowners that are always ready. We have a better chance of seeing bobcats when predator calling them a coyote here. Trail cams show here they are very nocturnal.

I hear what your saying John. If I am hunting them calling etc. there are no boundaries. But they pushed the boundaries this morning. If they enter the maintained area of my farm yard they don’t get a pass.

I live in farm country and the sighting of a coyote during daylight is not common. They are highly targeted by everyone here. Well this morning my male yellow lab went out on his morning tour. I keep a good eye on him when he goes out back. The next thing I see is him and two coyotes running around with each other. Almost looked more like playing. I hollered for him to come and he came back wide open back to house. One of the coyotes followed the other hung back. There was a quick end. Something similar happened a few years ago so I’m always prepared.

On my 2090 I went with the 6” Balzout mounts. I did a mock up of different mounts before I decided which mount to go with. The Balzout had the most adjustability for me. If you sit in the tiller seat all the time while fishing the Cisco , Stabil type mount will be a great choice and save some money. When I troll Planer boards I sit or stand in center of boat and use the ulterra. So i turn both screens to front of boat. Works great. Congratulations on a great boat.

I went with the trim tabs and Warrrior steering. My first boat with trim tabs. I was told when I ordered from Dean that the trim tabs were not a must have but very nice to have.

Congratulations great set up. Hoping to pick my new 2090 up soon. I’m coming from Lund tiller boats I had in the past. Can’t wait. Good luck on the water!
