Thanks for all the input. The reason I asked is a friend really likes my crappie and bluegills the way I deep fry them. He took his grandsons on a charter and caught Lake Trout and Salmon and was wondering if he could deep fry them like I do the crappies. He has grilled and baked them but wondered if he could deep fry them.

May 17, 2019 at 9:20 pm #1857337Go to Netflix and watch “Hungry for Change”. What we once thought was healthy to eat, found that it is not. Marketing for some food should be outlawed.
June 9, 2014 at 4:25 am #1414915My 2009 Alumacraft came with a new 150 Yamaha marked 2006. Contact the dealer and they can explain it. You will not find a Yamaha motor stamped 2014 for several years. When you trade or sell it, the motor will be considered new the year you bought the boat.
June 3, 2014 at 4:41 am #1413816Thanks Mark……just what I need. Looked on Amazon but must have missed it.
June 2, 2014 at 7:19 pm #1413777The trailer has surge brakes so that is where the 5th wire comes in. It is blue and disengages the brakes so you can back up without the brakes setting.
May 30, 2014 at 3:25 pm #1413206Last winter I put in a high efficiency Rheem furnace, air and water heater. Mid American Energy is running a 2k rebate so after that, it cost me 6k. Also put in a new thermostat that is WiFi so I can check and control it from my phone, lap top and Ipad. Nice when we were on vacation in Aruba and able to check the temp in the house and make sure everything was working. On the way home from the airport, I turned up the heat and the house was warm when we got home. The other day, both of us were working and the temps started to heat up so was able to turn the air on from my phone.
February 16, 2014 at 5:43 am #1389038I can’t think of one good reason why anyone would want to advertise that they have a gun in their vehicle or are carrying a gun. Very good way to have a LEO stick a gun in your face or even worse, have a couple people decide that they need and want your gun more that you and take it away from you.
February 2, 2014 at 6:17 am #1385119I have an 09 Alumacraft 185TP CS with a Yamaha 150 on it. No problems with the carpet, boat or motor. Love the boat. Don’t know what dealer you talked to but I drove 185 miles to buy my boat at LaCanne Marine in Faribault MN. Cory went out of his way during the purchase and they installed all my electronics and trolling motor. Family owned business and have 5 Star Service.
January 23, 2014 at 8:14 am #1382068I just bought a new Furnace/AC last week. Mid American Energy has a $2050.00 rebate right now. The units had to be the high energy units to qualify.
January 18, 2014 at 9:04 am #1380738I’ve had a Worksharp for several yrs. Works great on anything that needs sharping. Knives, garden tools, mower blades, etc. Love it!!!
January 6, 2014 at 10:36 am #1377375First of all, where are you going? If it is out of the US, be sure and tell your Ins. agent that. When we go to Aruba, my car Ins. does not cover that country. But…….the credit card I have that I use does. Called and talked to the person in that department who said that was a benefit on the card. The only thing they said I might want to take is the Primary Liability Coverage or Deductible Protection, can’t remember which one right now and that was up to me.
January 3, 2014 at 6:52 pm #1376587I have a Motorola Max HD. No problems and have yet to run the battery dead in one day. I charge it every night but have gone two days on a charge.
November 18, 2013 at 9:14 am #1351079Guess save ammo was a bad choice of words. Just wanted some where to start. Found this which might be helpful.
November 16, 2013 at 3:57 pm #1351031Have a 100 yard range. With a new Rock River AR type gun, just trying to save ammo so probably start at 40-50 yards so the round is on the paper and then move back. Just iron sights now so will probably sight it in as about an inch high at 100 yards for now.
November 6, 2013 at 9:18 pm #1204269When ever I use mine to sharpen the knives in the kitchen, I put a sticky note on the knife block, “Sharp”. One trip to the ER with my daughter is enough. Also use the green belt to sharpen the lawn mower blade and other lawn equipment. Won’t be without mine!!
October 13, 2013 at 4:07 pm #1200061I use Allegiant when I go to AZ all the time. Never had a problem with it not being on time. Last year, they ran a special on Cyber Monday where flights were $68 each way. It only lasted 1 day!!!!! Checked bags can not weight over 40 lbs…….not 50 lbs. like the others. Any bag that goes in the over head also has a charge. Back packs under a seat is free. Anything you get of the food cart has a charge.
October 12, 2013 at 1:27 pm #1199889It is referring to quarts. I did fill and start several times. Had the water hooked up to it. Filled so that it was about half way up the Full/Low mark and will check again after I run it and the motor is warm. Seems like at the end of the year, it is always way above the fill mark.
October 12, 2013 at 12:03 pm #1199879Just bought Quicksilver lower unit grease. Part # was the same except on the letter near the end. Same stuff, different container. The same with the oil.
