OK. Thanks for all the feedback, I was unaware there was a difference between i pilot and i pilot link. My only remaining questions are whether the foot pedal cord, since it is removeable, does the job of connection to an ethernet box? And will the i pilot be able to upgrade to i- pilot link?

Give Ashtabula some time and she’ll produce some monsters. A lot of guys are getting 35 inchers while smallmouth fishing. They were stocked in the last 10 years or so.

Kryptek has a new line called Sonora and is their ultra lightweight stuff. Do not own them, but have a lot of Kryptek gear and it is good quality.

Crash the shallows when the water is between 65-58 degrees during the day. They seek warmer water and are bulking up for the turnover. Suckers at night is a good idea on the breaklines.

Remember, their optimal temp is about 65 degree water. Find where the water is nearest that temp, and they’ll be there. A lot of guys fish single-hook spinners in bullrushes and do long casting on the sand flats this time of year.

During turnover, forget it. When the water is between 58-48, you’re better off duck hunting or scouting for deer.
