Walcott I-80 has a CB shop, I have a President JFK in the truck I drive, have had for about 20yrs or over 2,000,000 miles.Works better than most new radios
I stored my boat at my brother-in-laws for a few winters and always threw moth balls in storage compartments, rod lockers and places mice would like to nest.Always seemed to work.A good washing and airing out did the trick in the sping.
All the above advice is good, If it comes to it prop shaft seals are fairly easy. I’ve found merc seals are more expensive by a bit but worth it. Good Luck
You didn’t say if you had a built-in tank or portable but on built-in tanks there is a check-valve in the nipple coming out of the tank.I’ve had one of those gum up on me, you can unscrew the nipple and punch it out with a screwdriver.
Last year I hauled a load of Bad Boy Buggies from Natchez Ms where they are built. Had drops in Ill,Wi,Mn. Dealers in Ill and Prescott talked them up pretty good.Dealers in Cottage Grove Wi and St.Charles Mn weren’t as crazy about them.Guy in St.Charles asked me if I wanted to haul back the ones that have burned up.
I don’t think prices will drop too much,It will be more pricey to get the stuff you want. If you want football and nascar you will have to pay the extra $6.99 if you have XM If you want Baseball you’ll have to the extra if you have Sirius. Since they have merged the music channels aren’t as good(I have XM)But I guess it’s personal preferance.
There should be a small hose going from block to a nipple on outer cowling, sometimes the hose gets plugged up from insects. Make sure hose is clear. If still nothing from pee hole you might need new impeller on waterpump. That’s how it always works with a old merc. I had. Good Luck!
