I love to run and if I don’t get at least 7 miles in I just don’t feel right. I log about 40-50 miles a week and I am currently training for the tc marathon hoping for a sub 4 hour which I don’t think will be a problem.
Just transitioned into minimist shoes and shortened my stride and up my cadence to try to help prevent injury.
I believe it is one of those things that just gets in your blood.
Congrats on finishing and that is a very respectable time!

Wire mesh sucks, use rebar and fiber mesh in the concrete. The fiber will do the same thing as the wire mesh but, you won’t be tripping over it hoping that it got pulled up.

geeze why is everyone getting so up tite. i was just wondering what the payout was. if it goes to a charity and what charity? i like to know what is getting supported by the extra money. if it’s going in someones pocket so be it. why are people beating around the bush.

my dog got what sound like a similar injury bird hunting a few years ago. i thought it would heal on its own but, after a few days i took her in to the vet to see what they think. they cleaned the wound cut around the edges and stitched it up i think it ran about 300 buck. they also said it would have never healed on its own.

are you kidding me these were the cats meow when i was in the army. they pack between your ruck and frame so when you did get a chance you had something to sit on eating chow or bs’ing. thay work awsome maybe not practical for regular people but in the field it was awsome. of course we had olive drab colored ones not the red ones in the pics

well gsp if you think that you were in the right going between a anchored boat and the shore, i would say that you were the one being rude. with only my boat on the spot would it of been so bad to go around on the outside were we were not casting? as far as what was said i believe we asked why you would go between us and the shore and you said i didn’t think you could cast that far. well after fishing below us and watching us i think you knew the answer and was not curtiouse enough to go around.

it is illegal to bank time. when you do your weekly claim it will ask if you worked or not then how much you earned. i think the first 75.00 doesn’t go against your claim then it is dollar for dollar. if you do not claim and they find out they will withhold your bennefits until it is resolved.
