    Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, the property we are considering is above the dam in Little Falls and close to the air field. If this area is not good for larger boats, how would a canoe do or depending on land elevation is shore fishing a possibility? Would like the grand kids to be able to fish when they come for a visit.
