I think technically you’re paying to park, not launch, as I believe it’s against Wisconsin law to charge a fee for launching on a public water. I’d pay $35 for a resident fee. They would have come ahead last year considering how often it was closed due to high water.

I picked up some smoked catfish down in Prairie du Chien last weekend. Probably the best eating smoked fish I’ve ever had. I don’t know why you guys throw them back.

We had a doe on the trail cams that had a tumor that was down to her front knees. No one saw her but we had all made the call we would put her down and donate her to the dnr for study.
