Go Sioux! A really exciting game last night at the X! The first minute was very interesting I will say that…
I think SCSU and UND will do well in the tourney!
March 20, 2010 at 5:23 pm #855637Exactly, I was just sensing some ignorance toward Canadians so I thought I would throw in some anti-Gopher jive
March 20, 2010 at 5:17 pm #855635Huskies this year 4-Canadians… The four years prior… 6,7,8,9 not including the one or two players from Europe in these years.
So, yes this year they are down on there out of country players. But, There program looked a lot like the Sioux when they first came into the league. It’s good to see they are getting more and more Minnesotans on the team!
March 20, 2010 at 5:04 pm #85562713- US
12- CanadianPersonally, I consider Canada as a partner to the US in all aspects. Second, I think the Sioux Hockey Nation would care more about having a good hockey program than scholarship mumbo jumbo… What else is the state of North Dakota knowin’ for in sports?
Ever hear of student loans?? I took one out. What should the Gopher program do… not bring in all those rich city boys and bring in the kids who can’t afford to go to college? The point being if they could have better recruiting in the lower 48 you would see it. But, who wants to go live Grand Forks for 4 years over many other places including Minnesota? That’s the main reason they go after the Canadians, they will come to play in ND. Plain and simple.March 20, 2010 at 2:50 pm #855585This true! They keep them at home away from the UND Hockey players… Milfs and daughters a like stray toward the “Sioux Glory”. So they keep em’ out of the arena
March 20, 2010 at 2:33 pm #855574I grew up a Sioux/Huskies fan cause we were only 30 mins. to the arena. We Went to all the SCSU games even when the Huskies were D-3 with Herbbie behind the bench. So I do have a soft spot in my heart for the Huskies and will be at tonight’s game with my SCSU super fans/parents! Now that I’m in SE MN my ties are not as tight to St. Cloud…
Go Good Game!
March 20, 2010 at 2:26 pm #855570The Sioux man I am says the Huskies are going to get beat with or without Roe! If you want to call them “Canadian Sioux” I would first look at all the B.C. implants the Huskies have now and in the past…
No one is playing better in the country right now, go Sioux!March 15, 2010 at 5:45 pm #853751A lot of times I will anchor in moderate current and cast into seams or wing dams, because (it seems) people often drag the seams. That way I can pitch and also am not in the way. The 25 lb. Navy holds 90% of the time but, that’s not good enough. I guess I’ll just get a water spike like Tom was talking about. Thanks for the tip on the current and fish, ya gotta keep us country folk up on the new fish agenda .
March 15, 2010 at 12:53 pm #853643Yep. I do think the Huskies will most likely beat the Badgers and the Sioux should see them in the Semi’s. Will be a great WCHA weekend without the rodents!!
March 14, 2010 at 9:25 pm #853481Tom- Don’t know if this would change anything… But, what would you recommend for an old school 14′ lund? Had a 25 lb. navy anchor, was not quite enough for the flows.
March 10, 2010 at 11:02 pm #851599Return it ASAP! Pflueger’s are super smooth especially the supreme.
March 9, 2010 at 7:41 pm #851260Rodgers doesn’t even know how to lose a big game… Because he can’t make it to a big game. That’s a bummer for sure
March 5, 2010 at 3:50 am #849490I come up from the Rochester area to shop at TB! That tells ya a lot about them. Top notch all the way
March 3, 2010 at 4:50 am #8484403 HP SOLO LAZER PRO here. It’s the bomb! Do not get this baby around any timber or anything it will break your wrists!! Lots of power, makes backwaters on the river almost dangerous lol
February 26, 2010 at 11:08 pm #846882Rock and Roll baby!! I wish there was more of this in all the sports scenes. That is there holy grail in Canada and well we all know they like the beer eh I know it’s the games and all but, the way I see it is it’s there home ice let her rip.
February 25, 2010 at 6:55 pm #846236This guy is the staff administrator on that other fishing in Minnesota site. They always are pushing there advertisers down your throat and have smart a** remarks for question or comments. Last year I got kicked off the site for a month because I questioned why they talked so highly of Nils and said SM wasn’t even in the same league! Now this year StrikeMaster is a partner just like Nils guess what? It seems the people in Big Lake produce a superior product and now they have nothing good to say about Jiffy or Eskimo… Even with SM having recoil grease issues early in the season. Now if that happened last year boy I couldn’t imagine what they all would have said lol.
The people that run that site think they are on a high horse and are the greatest fisherman in the world. Thank You IDO for keeping it real To the point: StrikeMaster Solo’s are sweet and the Nils are good too! I just like to keep the people in Big Lake going strong!!
February 25, 2010 at 3:28 pm #846028Agreed but, I’m guessing they like to get everyone into the club after the tourney. That way they can raise some money and all. I do wish there where more fish caught though.
February 25, 2010 at 4:59 am #846017Yep, I’m with ya there man. When it’s your day it’s your day Now I thought it was my day and all taking the “ice drilling” comp and also the “kick the bucket” comp… I guess $1500 sounds better but, I’m not complaining lol.
February 20, 2010 at 6:24 am #844284Yep. Now thru mid-may is great! Heck it’s generally always decent.
February 20, 2010 at 3:33 am #844271Yep. How about them Souix up 4-1 on UMD in the 3rd with 11:00 left. Maybe the cream is rising? Gophers have the guys just need to be consistent…
February 19, 2010 at 5:37 pm #844067Don’t condone his actions and really don’t care how he has handled it. I’m not a Tiger fan anyway… Go Phil!!
