    I’ve never ordered from Jet before are there any additional fees associated with it? Membership, handling, etc???

    Well we gave it a try with no luck. The bottom of the lake was extremely muddy. The magnet sank 3-5 inches deep into the mud. I’m guessing that the auger is imbedded in the mud. Now I need an 8″ jiffy auger…

    It’s an 8″ Jiffy. I have never fished the lake so I don’t know what to expect. My biggest concern is locating the auger in think I will be able to retrieve it if found.

    Thanks for all the replies. Yes I loaned it out. Honest! I’m hoping to get it tomorrow. I have a camera so hopefully the water clarity is recent.
