    If you think about it, it will replace your underwater camra, (there’s about 200) and I have seen the units for about $1800, so you are paying $1600 for a sweet unit, if you look at it my way.

    Mike, I have used the 987c last year. You can see everything that is on the bottom of the lake or river. You can see rock piles, weed lines, schools of fish and bait fish, you can see bass in the coontail that are schooled in the fall. In my eyes this is the best unit out there.

    Look at Humminbird’s 900 series, Look at this web site http://www.sideimaging.com/ I have used the unit myself, it is truly the best unit out there. Not only do you have a GPS and sonar but you have side imaging. Now you can see how the bottom of the lake or river looks like.

    Here is the way you can tell if its a 06 chip or a 07 chip, the 07 will have a N3 on the chip and the 06 will have a N2 on it.

    I have a beagle/springer, she is 9 months old. I feel for you about the cring she does, mine does the same. First have all kinds of bones or toys around for her to chew. When she bites, chews your leg or clothes, I found when you snap your finger together and give her a ha or what every you find to get her attention will work. I learned from a book that the “Dog Whippers” guy has. This works!!
    About the kennel at night we did the same as you are and it will go away. Remember the she has ALOT of energy, she is a puppy. She will learn form you, when you get up and take her out ect. ect. You have to be the pack leader. What you say goes.
