Try making your own. That is a lot better than watching someone else’s sucky video

A little slop is normal. As long as your allen screws are tight, and the union, no worries.

What happened to you is what I fear. Not a good time what so ever. Should I door knock with a bible or without? I do not want to get shot, but then again coming in Jesus’s name may be bad also ahaha

That is plan B. There are two but they both have a pretty thick wooded buffer from the lots to the pond. No house actually on the “lake”

Nice job guys! Thanks for cutting loose the bigger fish also! That’s very admirable around here. Something that is not against the law but seems like many people just ignore on the metro lakes. That last photo is very nice also. Love all the fins popped!

Sounds like people are out on Prior now. That is a good multi-species lake.

Practice. Its not hard at all. Listen to your knife and use your fingers to feel your way. With time you waste less and less meat. After all it is just pike

Email sent. Thank you very much! Having the chrome options with it, I really could not ask for more.

Nice limit! From your report and others, sounds like the walleyes are hungry on Leech right now! Good fishing.

I know it is tough to watch when looking back and forth from hole to hole. The one big down side of first person videos. I hate it myself As we grow older it is going to be nice to recall the trips and all the good times fishing. Some day I will hire a camera crew, but until then I will do my best with the Kodak. Thanks for the feedback though I always appreciate it. Hopefully more to come this winter! Sounds like the ice is here to stay now. State wide!

I hear that the Lakemasters work so I would think the Navionics card would also. Could you post a picture with your findings? That would be nice. Someone else mentioned this a few weeks ago and have not seen the results yet. I have been looking for a used unit to do the same thing. If I knew it worked for sure that would help out greatly.

Not to many guides in Minnesota can say or do that.

Depending on your travels, Swanson’s Bait in Hackensack has them. Decent selection as of Sunday morning. Reeds in Walker should be stocked up also. They seem to be always well stocked on seasonal goods. Worse case, call ahead and see if you can have some put on hold.

I don’t think there is safe ice If there is you will find plenty of panfish action for the kids there though. Basically any lake within 10 miles of there is good for panfish. I hope there is ice for you and your family before you head back to MI. I am familiar with the area so if you need any more information just holler.

How about using MT Extra font for your information? Bet they don’t have a code card with them to read it lol.

My “shelter” has a tag. Two years ago a bad karma person pulled up within 20 feet of me and started to fish. He also had a “shelter.” A DNR officer arrived on a snowmobile and began a dialogue with this bad karma person. He also issued some paperwork to the guy so he could sign it. This after he purchased his fishing license on the officer’s handheld computer. No shelter tag citation was issued. Use your imagination on this one. There is nothing to debate here. You have to have it. Well, I take that back now. Guys doing promos with pictures and videos do not have to have a shelter tag. Or do they?

You know those swans that were swimming around preserving that open water? Well on Sunday they were sitting on the ice wondering where they should fly to. Gull was locked up but I did not see any eager anglers out anywhere.

Do I spy a Ratso? I found this past weekend it was really hard to beat for the panfish. Looks like you had a nice evening. Get that gear dry now

This box is el cheapo. $5 and I used hot glue on the bottom to attach left over carpet padding. It measures 9″ x 4.5″ and has two sides as you can see. Holds 20 some spoons or more if you use the smaller ones. 15 hard body lures on the other side. Works pretty nice and does not take up much space.

I live by Mankato and there was nothing even close to being fishable around home. I headed north on Thursday and I did not pass a single lake south of Brainerd that did not have open water. That being said good luck! The Mille Lacs area and west should be fine. 8″ for all the ice I checked just south of Leech.

If option A is not available go with option B. A nice Bosch. You get what you pay for and then some, or less depending on how you look at it with dishwashers.
