I’ve never seen that Venom worm anywhere. Is the tail really twitchy?

Here’s some other good floaters- Zoom finesse worm, Powerbait finesse worms, Chompers shaky worm, Roboworm straight tails, and the 3X Strike King stuff. I have video of most of that stuff on my youtube channel.

I’m a tech for the largest Toyota dealership in the state.
On an average day, there are 300 vehicles that come through for service.

Since all of the new Tundras should still be under warranty, customers should be bringing them back to us for any problems.
Where are they at? — Send them my way if you see any.

What about the cam shafts? I had heard the engines had blown up and they had a recall.

They had some issues with those. The other issue is when it breaks down in the sticks where do you go to get it fixed. Toyota dealers are not as common as GM, Ford, and Mopar dealers.

I’ve always wondered why there are big 3 dealers on every corner.

This happened in February, and 20 engines in the country had a camshaft journal crack. Not an issue to worry about, although many domestic diehards still rave about it.

Toyota uses the “just in time” manufacturing process, so as soon as a problem is identified, it can be fixed by the part maker imediately and there aren’t huge number of defective vehicles that need to be recalled.

    NICE.

Yep nothing says quality like that.

And the problem was fixed in February. 25 cases and they want to recall all of them and replace your engine just in case. That right there speaks for itself.

–OR they could deny the problem for years, then suddenly blame the supplier and recall it then when the cost of the lawsuit is greater than the cost for the recall.

They all have problems, it’s how they handle them that makes the difference.

Check out the Daiwa Tierra. Very smooth, lightweight, and they haven’t given me any problems.

From the article that is linked to–
He should have just said, “I used to do really good, doesn’t that count for anything now?”

Maybe if he used his Jedi force, he might catch more fish than all those donkeys and flukes.

I never had a problem with Clunn before, but he sure sounds like an old broken down quarterback that’s still trying to run with the hotshot rookies.

There’s a company that makes trays that screw into your storage compartment doors. Don’t remember the name of them though.

If you have a real nice boat, this probably isn’t the way to go, but what I did, since I have an older boat and I’m cheap, was take a section of pipe insulation, cut it in half lengthwise, and screw that into the underside of the door.
I’ve got all my spinnerbaits, buzzbaits, and anything else that I want to have handy hanging right there. I haven’t had any fall off yet this year either, and the boat has seen some rough water.
Works great, they don’t get hung up on anything, and it makes a cool jingle noise when you open that compartment.

I had one for a short time. In two days of fishing, it turned from a smooth, quiet casting machine into a monster. Something happened with the bearings and it sounded like it had sand in it.

One quirk that it has is the brakes on it. You really need to crank it tight to avoid backlashes. I had it adjusted so the lure would barely move at free spool and the brake turned all the way up. Even like that, it’s such a free spooling reel that it’s always on the verge of backlashing. I tried PowerPro and Gamma, same thing happened.

I really tried to like mine as I’m a fan of some of the older Abu’s, but it just didn’t work correctly. I returned it, spent some more, and got a Daiwa Zillion. Problem solved.
